The SuperATV Cobra Cooler is a revolutionary coolant injection system designed to decrease clutch housing temperatures by up to 50 degrees. By maintaining lower temperatures, the risk of belt failures is significantly reduced.

With a simple flip of a switch, this system sprays distilled water into the clutch housing air intake tube as a fine mist for 45 seconds. The temperatures will immediately start to decrease until the system automatically turns off. It is recommended to use the system when the temperatures reach 195 degrees, which is close to a critical level. To ensure maximum performance and longevity, it is crucial to regularly maintain the clutch/belt housing and other vehicle components.

• (6) 5/16" cable clamps for securing the 8mm tubing
• (6) #8 Phillips head TEK screws for mounting the cable clamps
• (15) 6" cable ties for securing the wiring and 8mm tubing
• (4) 18" cable ties for securing the 8mm tubing to the CVT intake hose
• (4) 1/4" bolts with washers and nylocks for mounting the tank assembly
• (4) #12 TEK screws for mounting the tank assembly (optional if 1/4" bolts are not used)
