This enhanced version of our original RackBoss features X24 Techa unique dual-bushing design that minimizes wear by more than 50%. It's designed to handle large tires and challenging terrains that would typically challenge other rigs.
Enhanced Durability with Dual-Bushing Design
Utilizing our X24 dual bushing design, RackBoss 2.0 significantly reduces unwanted internal play. The heavy-duty PTFE bushings at each end of the rack ensure minimal movement of the rack gear and tension spring. This lack of play allows for more aggressive riding with larger upgrades while experiencing less wear compared to a stock Honda 1000R steering rack. The durability is further enhanced with the addition of a grease zerk for easy maintenance.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our robust steel swaged tube tie rods offer exceptional strength in a lightweight package. The flared-out design of the 7/8" diameter tubing adds to its durability while the tie rod ends are reinforced to eliminate the weak points of stock rods. Featuring massive 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads, these tie rods are among the toughest in the industry.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
Constructed with 1" diameter solid steel bars and paired with industry-leading chromoly tie rod ends, our solid steel tie rods are built to last. The heim joint ends come with substantial 3/4" threads for maximum strength, and the rebuildable inner ball and sockets include 16 mm rack threads for added durability.
